Data concentrator MDC-714i for polling Modbus RTU devices

ICP DAS has presented MDC-714i gateway, designed for polling Modbus RTU devices. It is a data concentrator that allows sending up to 250 read/write commands to Modbus RTU Slave registers via 5 COM ports. With it, you can combine several Modbus RTU networks into one and send data to the upper level via the Modbus TCP protocol.

The important feature of MDC-714i gateway among other MDC-711 series models is COM port isolation, which provides additional protection for devices.


The gateway is configured via WEB interface. To make input of many of commands easier, there is also option of loading parameters from a CSV file which can be easily created and edited in Microsoft Excel and then uploaded to the gateway via WEB interface.


Through WEB-interface, you can also see which registers are being polled at the moment and if there is any device connection errors.
