The latest solution from IPC2U partner ICOP Tech, Taiwan. The tiny module provides a 300MHz SoC, 128MB DDR2 RAM and supports 4 serial connectors, USB an LAN. The RTC is powered by an on-board lithium battery. The power requirement is 5V @ 300mA - only 1.5 Watts !
