ECW-281B/B2-D525 - flexible Embedded System with wide temperature range!

IPC2U presents the ECW-281B/B2-D525. This Embedded System is equipped with the Intel Atom Dual Core D525 1.8GHz CPU. By the deployment of the hyperthreading-technology the processor possesses four virtual cores, which enable the simultaneous processing of several processes. At the same time it consumes less power compared to the other dual core models from the non-Atom series. The embedded system can be upgraded with up to 2GB high-performable DDR3 RAM.

ECW-281B-D525 provides a variety of interfaces such as 4x USB, 2x PCIe LAN, 6x COM and 1x VGA. Alternatively, ECW-281B2-D525 provide 5x COM, but 2x VGA. The embedded system supports WLAN 802.11 b/g/n.
There are 1x 2.5“ SATA Drive Bay and CFII slot as well as SATA DOM, connected over PCIe slot, for data storage. The ECW-281B-D525 can be extended with additional modules over 1x PCIe.

A special feature of the embedded system is its wide temperature range between -20°C and +65°C (model with SATA SSD) or -10°C and +50°C (model with SATA HDD). A further special feature are the flexible mounting options: beside VESA 75 and wall mount the ECW-281B/B2-D525 can be DIN Rail mounted.
The embedded system is vibration protected according to MIL-STD-810F 514.5C-1 and C2.
The flexible utilization opportunities of ECW-281B/B2-D525 are underscored by power input between 9 and 36V.
