ACS-2701 - waterproof Embedded System with wide temperature range!

IPC2U presents a new IP65 rated box PC  ACS-2701 for wide temperature range between -20°C and 60°C.

The ACS-2701  is a low power (19W), fanless ruggedised industrial computing platform with IP65 rated covers on all the connectors. The  Intel ULV Celeron M 1GHz processor delivers good performance in connection with Intel GM910GMLE+ ICH8M-E chipset and up to 1GB DDR2 RAM. 1x 10/100Mbps LAN enables integration in networking applications, 1x  USB 2.0 Port and 1x RS232 are well suitable for connection of peripheral devices. Data storage is by 2.5“ SATA HDD possible.
It permits a desktop O/S (i.e. XP Pro), a truly embedded O/S such as XP Embedded (free pre-installation included) or indeed any other desired x86 operating system. Input voltage range  11-28VDC makes deployment of this device very flexible.
Alternatively a wall mountable fully IP67 rated AC to DC Power adaptor can be used.

A heavy duty die cast aluminium chassis with brackets for wall/bulkhead mounting guarantees  vibration protection  of 5~17Hz, 01.G (double amplitude displacement), 17~640Hz, 1.5G acceleration (peak to peak) and a shock rating of 1G peak acceleration (11msec duration). As ACS-2701 weghts 2.1KG only and posseses overall dimensions of 223mm x 146mm x 62mm it is a very variable fanless PC system.   ACS-2701 meets CE/FCC Class A.
Altogether ACS-2701 is a very suitable solution for most demanding industry environments.
