17 April 2024 Product News

Axiomtek has announced the release of a new product called CEM320. This is a COM Express Type 10 module that runs on Intel Atom x6000E or Intel Celeron N/J series processors. The processor module has 8GB/16GB LPDDR4 RAM.

The CEM320 series CPU boards come with the following processor models:

  • Intel Atom x6413E (1.5 GHz)
  • Intel Atom x6414E (1.5 GHz)
  • Intel Celeron N6210 (1.2 GHz)
  • Intel Celeron J6412 (2.0 GHz)

All modules have soldered LPDDR4 RAM from 8GB to 16GB operating at frequencies up to 3200 MT/s.

Despite the small dimensions of the COU board, when using the appropriate development board, this series supports a fairly wide range of input/output ports and switching buses:

  • Supports up to four PCI Express Gen3 lanes
  • Supports up to 10 USB ports (2x 3.2 Gen2 and 8x 2.0)
  • Supports 10/100/1000/2500 Mbps Ethernet port for network connection.
  • Supports LVDS and DDI interfaces (DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI)
  • Supports up to 8-bit GPIO
  • Supports LPC, SPI, I2C and TX/RX buses for connecting serial devices

There are also options of 32 GB/64 GB of built-in eMMC memory for data storage.

Integrated Intel UHD graphics allows you to work with fairly capacious graphics data and can output information via LVDS and DDI interfaces.

This series supports operation over an extended temperature range when using thermal control systems. The CEM320 series is available in two versions:

The following CPU board modifications are currently available for order:

Overall, the CEM320 can meet the needs of any market that requires a reliable, flexible and low-cost solution. This series of modules is suitable for creating embedded solutions for medicine, industrial automation, transport surveillance systems, portable equipment and others.
